Last year the company changed the style of their charging cables, so you can't buy replacement charging cables. This only works if you recently purchased the original hardware.

I got a new puppy and she ate my old dog's charger because of the collar. The older dog used to hate the puppy but after working so hard with him they became best friends. After all, there's nothing wrong with spending ten dollars on a new charger. would do it again Thankfully, now that he's stopped being jealous, he's returned to normal behavior so he doesn't need a charger or collar.

We've moved and one of the people who "helped" us move decided that YOU should put the charger where YOU should find it. But when I asked where the charger was they said something like "What does it look like?" Eventually I gave up and luckily found this USB collar charging cable. I was amazed at the battery life of these collars. They don't take long to charge and they work well for a long time.

Unfortunately, this charger is nothing like my PetSafe invisible dog fence. I read the review carefully and although it listed exactly my PetSafe invisible dog fence, it didn't fit. The quality of the charger is good, as is the packaging. However, it was not as stated in the description. This frustrated me and I was quickly back online and loving my dog's invisible fence collar! I give this charger an A for quality, company, and description, and an A for claiming it's compatible when it's not.
