This is a well made product. My 7 kilo Chihuahua feels very comfortable in it. Comes with a nice pillow at the bottom and folds conveniently for travel or storage.

This bag is exactly what I was looking for. It supports my 7lb Maltese very well and loves it! The only things that could improve it are big pockets on the sides and maybe a water bottle holder. Still a 5 star product and worth the money.

I chose this model because it looks good and looks more like a backpack than a stretcher. I liked it but my cat didn't. She found it dark and claustrophobic, like the kennel she hates. (Other colors with mesh on the sides are more suitable for a cat.) The backpack arrived sealed from the factory with a strong chemical smell. She would not come near him. The photo says the bottom is 11.8 inches long, but it's actually about 12.35 inches long. Maximum 11.8.

My dog is new to the carrier. She's older and we just never needed her. I went on a 3 week trip and bought it to carry it and all my gear. She handled the bag pretty well. She liked to stick her head out of the little zippered pouch at the top while I carried her. I appreciated all the little pockets for treats and her leash. There was a padded bottom for their comfort, and the bag felt great on my back for long periods while I was working.

Excellent quality! I could tell from the photos and the price that the backpack was well made. We have a small 7.5 pound Maltipoo that lost a front leg to an off-leash attack. We wanted our little one to still run and enjoy walks with us without getting tired from her now hopping walk. The backpack worked and feels great. I'm 5ft 9in and it's big enough for me to fit in and fit on my chest. Our little one loves it and we look forward to many more years!

Best dog carrier I could buy. I take my dog everywhere in it and he feels completely safe here. As long as she has a career, she will not fly an airplane or car. I've recently started sewing patches on the outside to mark where I took it. Do not iron these patches as the foam inside will melt. Sewing with a regular needle will help. I also love how I carefully carry a 5 pound dog in my backpack and people only notice it when they are right behind me.
