It is as described. Good bulb for the price

Finding a single 65w bulb is very difficult. Not to mention my landlord is very particular about swapping out lightbulbs that look exactly the same. However. That's exactly what I need. It emits a warm yellow light. 605 lumens. I have attached some photos as there was not much information on this product and I took a risk.

Great replacement bulbs at a great price!

I used them to replace blown bulbs in downlights in a formerly rented house. You were perfect. Best of all, I didn't have to replace all six as the lights "matched" the ones already installed. This meant I now had "spare parts" in case the other bulbs died! Reasonable price, prompt delivery. You couldn't wish for better!

Pros
  • Tools and household goods
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Fixed high noise when used with Dimmer

I recently installed dimmer bulbs in my kitchen and quickly noticed that some of the 120v BR30 65w spotlights I was in had a very noticeable high pitched tone/buzz. bought locally. My research online has shown that using coarse service lamps with more filament poles or using 130V lamps with a heavier filament should work to change the natural frequency of the filament and eliminate noise. Or at least move it out of the range of human hearing. Switching to a 130v BR30 bulb completely eliminated…
