LIGHTS OUT OF OWN LIGHTS (wax on wax, get it lol)

Okay I had a couple of lamp stands with timers which I don't think were part of my automation with the Smart Switch app used to Control my lights so I don't have to walk around the house and turn off the lights. At first I thought it was a bit overpriced. However, the switches are worth the price if you get them and set them up so you don't have to go into a dark house. Second, if you hear a bang at night, you can turn on every light in the house with a swipe of your finger. Additionally, you…

Works great as a Zigbee Range Extender for Hue Smart Bridge

I am confused that Revain is asking me to rate the brightness and motion detection capabilities of this smart plug. This forced me to go back to the documentation to see if there were any features I wasn't aware of. There is no such happiness. This is just a mistake by Revain. Most of my smart lighting is Lutron Caseta, but I've scattered a few Hue light strips. The outdoor light strip was out of range of our Hue smart bridge and was unresponsive to HomeKit, Alexa, and the Hue app. The…

Unreliable with little support

I have two Philips Hue bridges/hubs (because one doesn't cover the whole house) and about 14 lightbulbs/switches and 3 dimmers. I use Homekit to control the system as the Philips app requires you to switch hubs to use the lights on each hub/bridge and Revain's Alexa only supports one hub/bridge. I bought 4 of these smart plugs and 1 didn't work. For those that work, it's easy to set up and configure, and for those that don't, it's a mystery how to debug the device as there's no support. They…

Doesn't dim - overpriced

Media could not be loaded. For what it is an item it is very overpriced. This is a simple on/off smart socket. It works well in that regard, but other companies are offering the same thing for a lot less money. The problem is that it's just an on/off plug. When used on a light in a room, paired with other Hue lights and a Hue remote, the experience is significantly different. I already have two lamps with Hue bulbs in the room and when you turn them on/off with the remote they turn on/off fine…
