I contacted Philips directly and was unable to register for the warranty as the product sold as new was not actually new. This reseller is not an authorized Philips reseller. I wrote a review earlier and somehow it got deleted! Spend a few dollars more to ensure you get a NEW product from an AUTHORIZED Philips retailer.

Much better accuracy than my headphones while also being much easier to use. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is an older generation device that I found used at a very good price. This has greatly accelerated my use of Dragon Medical.

Like other reviewers, we use Dragon for medical EMR. We bought this Speechmike Pro III and PowerMic II. Of the two, we preferred the PowerMicII. Despite the higher price but something. Both proved to be excellent microphones.
