It wasn't the best day as I slowed down a lot when I had to.

ATTENTION! I bought both bolts and nylon locknuts. Some, maybe 30% of these combinations only partially screwed in and then jammed completely, so much so that the screw either half twisted or I had to cut the screw off with a metal cutting wheel. This was before it had reached any mounting surface around the holes, but after the bolt had passed the nut's nylon retaining portion. Since the order of the bolts and nuts was different, I don't know which part has the causative error. It was a bad…
