The app is hard to use at least for me, everything was hard to find and it was hard for me to figure out how to use it. Maybe it's just me, but I think the app could be better organized and have clearer instructions on how to use everything. The machine itself works fine, but I don't like the app.

The only reason I don't give it five stars is that when I downloaded the app and selected D30, the default sticker size is 15mm x 30mm, so the text was printed off-centre rather than centred. You would think there would be unlimited fonts for an app but there are only about 10 of them and none of them are suitable for my 3 year old who is learning to read. I really like this little device. It's not difficult to use like others have said, it does what it's supposed to do with no issues. All my stuff is now well organized with nice name tags. As for the service, you need to download the Print Master app, which connects the device to your phone/tablet via Bluetooth. Some people have been concerned about security, so it would be wise to use a device that doesn't store too much of your personal information. They keep asking about the location and such
