This little printer is pretty amazing and works right out of the box on a single charge.1. Bluetooth pairing - Do not pair with your phone. Download the app and connect and pair through the app itself.2. The set contains labels in the format 12 x 40 mm. Make sure you have set the printer to print to this size: label -> size left "12x40mm", right side "blank label".3. The part where the label exits the printer has a label cutter, similar to a tape dispenser. You must align the beginning of the ribbon with this edge to start printing so the labels print correctly and you can tear off the labels when you are finished. Since then, I no longer have to charge the printer. I took it out of the box. This printer prints faster than expected. Supplied with charging cable.
