Best phosphate remover

My pick for the best phosphate remover for the money. On reef systems with up to 75 gallons of salt water, this along with weekly water changes will help keep the aquarium balanced. Along with avoiding overfeeding the aquarium, this helps prevent cyanobacteria, which I refer to as "psychobacteria" or red algae. Cyanobacteria are so frustrating that many people are giving up their saltwater tanks. I've been there about 6 times myself. I typically change PhosGuard every 6-8 weeks or more often if

Green water in my turtle's habitat

I've used this product before and it's great if you have a green water issue. My turtle's shell length is currently about 12 inches and is still growing. She is in a turtle bath, very large, and the water level is kept at about 8 inches. There was algae blooming and it was so green I couldn't even see it! Fixed issues with green algae. It works!

We share a 55 gallon tank and after we started using the SeaChem neutral regulator I noticed an increase in green algae growth in all my decorations. I have some artificial corals in my aquarium and it annoys me to have to clean them every week. I read the back of the NR bottle and found that it is phosphate based. Algae love phosphate.
