This is a very good knife set. I like acrylic blocks. I gave 3 stars because I only received 14 pieces. My order did not include scissors, sharpener and vegetable peeler. I tried calling product support but there is no answer which is disappointing.

So I finally locked myself in my house and started moving in, when I went to the mailbox I took everything out, washed it and then organized when I was almost done I became clear that two knives were missing. I called to get a replacement but never got an answer. I love them but just want the set to be complete.

Most of the knives were scratched or chipped and the stand was wobbly (my main concern before ordering). Otherwise these knives are good. They need to be sharpened before use, but the care instructions say they still need to be sharpened between uses. Overall I'm not impressed but they will.

The blades seem to be of high quality. They've held up pretty well over the past few months. Where spending has been cut is in the handle department, and it really does look like a $5 cent blade handle. But the knife is good, and who cares about that plastic handle. They didn't have to cut down that tree for your hand to feel the money.

I'll start by reading the reviews and thoroughly checking and sharpening the blades before first use. I'd say they can get pretty spicy considering how I almost cut the tip of my thumb off haha. And only on the second use! I haven't cut myself with a kitchen knife in years! I haven't bought a new set in years. I can't say anything about their durability, but early uses seem promising. As long as I can keep my hands off it.

Knives appear very sharp, but without the weight they look like ordinary dollar knives. I used Dollars in general and not Walmart because I'm pretty sure Walmart sells higher quality knives. The design is great but uses as little steel as it should. A hard-boiled egg weighs more than a knife. SERIOUS! Very light weight. We will be back as soon as possible.

I really like this set. They are sharp and very easy to clean. I like how they cut through sticky objects, but they don't stick to knives. My only problem is the part that holds/displays the knives. He's too big/big. If you have average kitchen cabinets, it won't fit underneath. It will fit, but if you want to take out the knife, you'll have to pull everything out to empty the cabinets. Don't worry, the knives themselves are awesome!
