Great speaker. Lots of highs and tight bass. Fits perfectly in my 2017 Aries crew cab, just ordered 2 sets. The speakers are louder than standard and don't distort. Installed in place of regular speakers with no modifications. This is the speaker you need.

Outstanding speakers for the price. They are designed to be shallow, so they don't have as much bass as deeper drivers with larger magnets. But they have good bass. Definitely better than factory speakers. Very good range and sensitivity.

Clear sound but can't handle the bass. I only set this up to get a sound that would support my back seat with the woofers. I connected it to my Pioneer player which I believe is 50 watts per channel and it was too powerful. It distorts when you turn it on. If it's just an upgrade over stock speakers then it's a good buy. Not worth it if you're trying to support a louder system.

They sound good in my 2006 Toyota Camry with the adapters installed. With additional tweeters, the sound is significantly better. The base is fine, I don't have an amp and I drive it with a factory head unit. So my opinion is that they probably sound as good as the original speakers. My 2006 Camry's grilles were rotting and ruining my factory speakers. It was an inexpensive replacement.

After reading reviews on car audio sites and from known buyers, I decided to buy, the installation was quick because there are proper speaker adapters for doors and wiring (thanks Revain !) The sound is subjectively excellent, to me they sound like in a tin can listening to music. It has such a medium sound that I can't get used to it. I did the corresponding 6.5 3 directions rear which sound very clean on jvc HU power.

I bought these 'replacement' speakers for a 2001 Honda Civic (rear). However, they fit perfectly, after less than 3 months one of the speakers is only working about 50%. It is clear that the speaker is dead. This is quite confusing as I don't have any amps or accessories in the Civic, everything is stock. They advertise these speakers as great replacements, but they're actually rubbish. I would definitely not buy them again and would advise anyone not to buy these speakers.

Just installed and I'm impressed. At $40, they're every bit as good as the $120 speakers. The sound is so nice and clear that I think they sound better than the stock Infinity speakers I used to have in my Dodge. They are easy to put on and look great. I don't get bass through them because I run it through all my subwoofers so I'm sure it really helps the sound. I definitely recommend them for the price and quality!

I have replaced them with these 22 year old 5-1/4" rear speakers. I am installing them in a regular location but with a 6x9 adaptor. For the price they just sound great. Sure you can get better sound than these speakers but it will cost you more. I didn't want to put a lot of money on my son's 22 year old BMW, the speaker grilles were too bulky so I'll stick with the stock grille.

I installed them in the front door panels on a 2003 Dodge Stratus. They fit but were a bit tight around the edges. I used wire harnesses to connect them to the factory wiring harness so I didn't splice into the wires. I would say they are a huge improvement over my factory speakers. These are the only aftermarket speakers currently installed in the car and they definitely increase the clarity of the sound at higher volumes.
