Good ergonomics in food dispensers

I was struck by the simplicity and elegance of this handle and spout combination. Comfortable and safe to hold. I put it in the top rack of the dishwasher on a regular cycle (no sanitize, advanced, or super hot cycle) and was surprised to find regular hot water affecting the hinge portion of the molded case top. This raised the upper valve slightly and failed to return to a securely closed position under tension. The device can be easily disassembled. I heated some water in a cup and put the…

Pros
  • COMFORTABLE AND ERGONOMIC HANDLE. The original patented design, non-slip, ergonomic and really comfortable 360 degree handle makes pouring from a ceramic pitcher pleasant, safe and easy.
Cons
  • Not sure

It works great with standard jar lids

This is a fairly simple concept and design. I bought it to store my breast milk in baby jars and fill them up when needed. The only complaint I have is that the opening gets quite wide the harder you press the button, causing spills for early adopters. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty good. Love the color and ease of use with each jar with a standard lid. I don't like the rubber ring inside that falls out when cleaning, mostly because I'm afraid of losing it.

Pros
  • NON-LOCKING Hinged Lid. Control the flow of liquid with your thumb. The lid perfectly protects the spout from dirt.
Cons
  • Quick Guide

Seems well done at Food Storage

With Pest and all that, I bought this case to store reconstituted milk powder ;-P (Childhood memories). But stores don't seem to have a problem with out-of-stock products, so I'll probably use it 1/2 - 1/2 (milk carton mouth sucks). The threaded portion of the lid appears to be sealed. Everything is fine, but the spout does not close completely. So if you knock over the glass, it will spill. IMHO the lid is too expensive - but what else should I do with my "Stimulus" check ;-D? This design was…

Pros
  • BPA & PHLALATE FREE.
Cons
  • Very expensive

Who doesn't love a stone jug that can become a jug!

My only criticism of this product is that large narrow neck jars are not easy to find and if you can find something larger it is not branded and does not screw on tightly so it does not seal tightly. The problem is with the glass, not the spout. I like to have a pot of iced tea or water on the table during mealtimes, and a quart-sized pot is just right for one or two people. The shape is nostalgic. It's also a bit difficult to open the spout wide enough - you have to unscrew the spout from the…

Pros
  • FITS MASON JAR WITH REGULAR NECK (small neck, NOT wide neck). *Glass not included
Cons
  • Weight
