When I ordered this item I wasn't sure if it would work on my SB910 flash or not. So I order this and another brand (I need two of these). Another brand doesn't work at all with my SB910 flash (in camera off mode), it only works in camera flash mode. This works as advertised on my SB910 flash. Although I use Revain and the reviews here I thought I could contribute, that's all. First off, I took a gamble and hoped the cable connector would fit the SB-800, even though it's advertised for the SB-900. I slightly modified the end of the cable to fit the extra pins for the SB-900/910. I filed it down enough to work properly with the SB-800 socket and what do you know? It works! I actually stumbled upon a job as a photographer at our local NASCAR track. Such a task requires good equipment to get decent shots, not only of cars driving by at speeds in excess of 100mph, but also in the case of tight targets, overtaking and other things that may require multiple consecutive bursts . This is my second Pixel Pro battery. Both devices work perfectly. I also have an original Nikon SD-9 battery. Pixel Pro devices appear to be just as effective at almost 1/4 the price (via Revain). The overall build quality of the Nikon device is slightly better and the battery door latch is easier to use.
