Large size for glazing large parts. Very strong handles, no chipping or flaking like other brushes I've used. The bristles are soft yet strong and stay even and together as you brush. NO spills with heavy use here. Easy to clean and dries gently and evenly every time. I love them and to be honest I'm very picky when it comes to my work tools.

Used these brushes for a painting party. Brush prices are great! The bristles are very dense so they were a bit difficult to clean, but not particularly difficult. I figured if I bought bigger brushes it would help my group because they were newbies and could cover more of the canvas quicker (and they did), but I found I had to get them to work with the colors in some work so it mixes well. .

I bought this to apply shellac to furniture projects. The sharp edge allows me to coat all the way to the edge of the panel accurately and quickly; The bulky brushes I've used in the past caused puddles to form around the edges. Small note: the tips are a little loose on the handle. These are definitely not "professional" brushes, but for me they are a huge step forward. In my photo, a brush dipped in damp denatured alcohol is being formed to dry.

. To brush! I can't find a 1.5 inch brush that big in any of the big craft stores. And to be honest, it was the first time I bought brushes for painting in folk art style. Excellent quality. I've used it with both primer and thicker LIQUITEX Basics Acrylic Gesso so far and it works great. The brush does not crumble when drawing or cleaning the brush. I've only used warm Dawn soapy water to clean and it's still like new. I bought 4 of these and will be buying more to use for painting my woodwork

I really like these brushes! I paint ceramics and need to cover large areas. I thought I'd buy a 1/2 inch thinner brush that I've been using for 14 years and I happened to get it. Which was just a blessing in disguise. I do everything much faster. I keep my brushes in the water until I get to them, and these things won't last long. I love these brushes! I paint with chalk, recycle furniture and am always looking for brushes that fit all sizes of furniture. Some of them are too hard, others lose their bristles while painting, and I have refused to buy expensive brushes from chalk paint companies that charge $25 or more for their brushes!
