I bought 2 Planar PCT2235 touchscreen monitors and they are great. Eventually they sold out so I bought two of them. They never worked properly. At first I had to disconnect and connect USB several times a day, soon they completely stopped working. waste of money. Reordering of two PKTs.

I originally bought this to use as a light controller for my home. I couldn't figure out why my light kept coming on in the middle of the night and one night I noticed the screen randomly touching a certain area. The price isn't bad, but I wouldn't use this screen for anything important.

Apparently, Planar specializes in touch monitors. but they are not whole. You have to "wake up" the touchscreen by holding your finger for about 1.5 seconds to wake it up. Aggravating. No big deal I thought, simple solution with a driver configurable for this function. Zero. Nilch. Traded it in to HP for another $50 and it works great.

Bought two of these for a great price. They work great. Allows you to increase the efficiency of our work environment since you don't have to move the keyboard or mouse.

I bought this for my Lenovo Flex-14 as an extended display. It worked great and now I have two touch displays (laptop and monitor). The plastic frame feels flimsy, especially the odd stand, but other than that it's great. A bit heavy so don't know how to store it when not in use. You need an HDMI cable.

The 997-6399-00 24-inch planner lives up to the expectation of a great display in all its 1080p glory. As a touchscreen, my device leaves a lot to be desired. USB connection keeps failing. Without this connection, the touch function of the device will not work. I haven't found a solution to this problem yet.

The touch function works very well. in programs that support it. Windows 10 itself responds quickly and accurately to all my touch actions. Most programs do the same thing, but a few key exceptions (Photoshop, Studio One) are really tricky and detract from the experience a bit. I bought this monitor less than a year ago and have used it very little compared to most others. I've used it as a secondary monitor when troubleshooting computer screens/graphics cards. I wanted to use it for a Raspberry Pi touch screen project, but the convenience of an extra monitor was too handy for debugging and I never got back to it. These touch screens are garbage. I have ordered many of these for the company I work for through Revain and also directly from Planar and have had to RMA about 10 of these in the past year. They fail all the time and I've had instances where Planar sent two additional failed monitors to replace the original one I bought. I switched to another brand hoping to avoid these issues.

The bezels extend beyond the display, so touch controls that require you to lift your finger off the screen or the bezel itself won't work.

Great for a touch monitor and a great alternative to the Wacom Cintiq. The screen is really glossy, as people have said here, so it's difficult with a stylus. Also, I use it as a second monitor and need to clone the display instead of extending it. Otherwise it just uses the monitor like a regular touchpad on my other monitor.
