Works better than SKS Racing Blades but not perfect.

I replaced a set of SKS racing blades with these after the SKS stopped sticking together. The SKS fit a lot better than these, but the clamps that attach the fenders to the brake bridge failed and loosened during the ride. I had to cut parts of the fenders on them to fit under the brake bridge. Before that, the tires would chafe and road debris would get stuck in the very narrow gap between the fender and tire. They work much better after surgery and work much better than the SKS wings now…

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Some minor things

Fits perfectly front and back with adjustable height.

Installed on my Schwinn 700C hybrid bike with no problems. Fits perfectly front and back with the ability to adjust the height of these little ones. Give a nice look and they are well made. Fenders on the ends are so cool and the extra length gives a lot more protection from the rear and front grilles after a rainy or foggy day. . and they look very nice too. Completes my project by turning my uncomfortable bike into a crossover cruiser. Added wide bars, chunky seat, new brake and derailleur…

FAST worn out.

PROS: Slick, one of the lightest full fenders. It even matches my short offset fork and front caliper (Enve Road 2.0 carbon fork and Dura Ace 9000). CONS: The plastic bridge that attaches to the fender AND the bolt hole that attaches behind the bottom bracket WILL WEAR out in a few months if you typically ride through somewhat bumpy sections. Axle arm hooks wear out and break off. You can tape it around to soften the blow, but it still wears out over time. Luckily, Planet Bike offers…

good wings Difficult to install

Bicycle: 56 cm Mercier Galaxy AL. 700 x 28mm Michelin Dynamic Sport tires These fenders are not designed directly for 28mm tires. It takes at least an hour to properly adjust the position of the legs to avoid chafing. The plastic clip that attaches the rear fender to the frame largely prevents the rear wheel from moving. Luckily this is a distance so I had to find some bolts to hold the fender in place (hook the pins under the fender and around my caliper) and keep it from rattling on bumps…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not secure

easy. cheap. bright. get the job done.

I installed the Cascadia on my wife's hybrid bike about a year ago and have had NO problems with it since, so when I had a road bike with the right fender eyelets and spacing I went with it. away with him. I think so after a few months of daily use of them :good: - easy to put on. they lasted maybe half an hour. You have to remove the rear wheel so obviously they're a lot easier to install if you have a kickstand to get to the chainstay bridge etc but it's not necessary. I installed my wife…

  • Excellent Overall Performance
