Easy to install and works great

This was to replace the pump head for my Topeak JoBlow. Installation was quick and the pump head works great. It holds the valve stem very tight (I only use Presta). No fiddling with the dual head design or fumbling trying to find the right double lock position. It is placed directly on the valve, quickly and easily fixed in one position and just as easily removed again. I can buy another one for another pump I have. Regarding the issue stated in other reviews of not having a hose insert. I did

Schrader valve problem

This is a very high quality part and works great with Presta valves but I have a stupid bike setup with Schrader rear and Presta front so I use both. I can't figure out how this works reliably on a Schrader valve. It fits the valve perfectly, but nothing seems to push the pin in to open it for filling, so most of the time it just blows air to nowhere. It may just be user error, but it's not exactly a complex operation and I've had no problems with other pumps. I've managed to use it…

Perfect replacement for the awful 2 head pump

I bought my 2009 Planet Bike ALX floor pump from Revain. It was a reliable pump but I NEVER liked the dual head nozzle - it was always difficult to use one of the valve holes to push or pull was always difficult. I recently tried using a pump to inflate a ball with a needle. I couldn't get the needle out because the head wouldn't let go. In my last ditch effort to remove it, I finally snapped off the needle and damaged the pump head. So I found this thing here on Amazon. It was a perfect match…

  • Sleek design

Works great and will likely match your brand of pump

My OEM pump head started to leak after years of reliable use. I took it apart, found the problem and realized that the manufacturer didn't make a recovery kit. Knowing nothing about bike pumps, I do a lot of reading to find out if I need a head, a head and tube, or a brand new pump. Oddly enough, I haven't found much useful information online, so let me tell you what I learned empirically during this process: 1. Heads have a barb that fits into the hose and a flare nut that tightens the hose…
