I like that it is easy for users of different skill levels to use because there are so many features, as well as how customizable it can be with templates they provide you if needed! I like that it tracks multiple processes, but not everything is easily accessible in one view for users or operators who need specific information as they perform their jobs - there are too many screens/views of data and no clear organization structure (and this includes "my job"!). We can't even get accurate reports from time sheets when we have them entered incorrectly through Workforce Management System! It's hard enough tracking employee hours without also having inaccurate reporting issues
