🎧 Plantronics PL-84004-01 Savi W720m Multidevice Headset for Enhanced Landline Telephone Experience Review

Excellent headset. I use it regularly for video calls on my PC, calls on my cell phone and calls on my landline. I haven't used any of the advanced features (e.g. conferencing) but it works great for everyday use. The sound is clear and the headphones are comfortable. I love how the dual-ear design blocks out office noise around me.

We bought this headset for work as we just switched to Skype for Business. I got a wired headset and wanted something to leave my desk with when needed. I love this headset. The battery life is excellent, the headphones are very comfortable, the sound quality is excellent. I definitely recommend it. The setup was also very easy.

although I had connection problems. no matter how many times I have paired/repaired. I had some problems. I'm not sure because I only use it through the computer. I didn't use the connector to use it for regular home phones. I never had to check battery life, but when it did, the sound was good. not as good as my Jabra Evolution 75 at work but good enough.

Great headset. Moved to this one from Sennheiser Office Runner because our retail space is getting noisy (Wolf of Wall Street I think) and the one-ear headset can't handle it. This headset is completely superior to the other in almost every way. The only downside I can think of is that it can feel heavy after wearing it all day, but that's about it. Overall, I can unreservedly recommend this headset to any business professional.

I was very excited to try this product as I had other Plantronics devices. Unfortunately I'm sending it back. Echo, constant buzzing and buzzing at the same time! I'm back with my basic headset plug. I ordered another noise canceling headset that tucks into my arm so I can walk but has excellent noise cancellation. I love listening to music and sometimes my dog barks which I don't want others to hear.

The overall quality of this headset is excellent. I was looking for a device that can be used at work with a cell phone, a desk phone and a computer and this turned out to be a good choice.
