Difficult to install correctly

It is very difficult to install these skids correctly because the plastic seems hard but is actually too flexible. When inserting screws, the conical hole will be pushed up or down by the screw head unless the screw is exactly in the center of the hole. This causes the plastic bar to flex slightly, causing the drawer to bind rather than slide smoothly.
