Impressive Network and Cable Tester

This industrial and scientific network and cable tester surpassed my expectations. As a hesitant buyer, I was skeptical about its performance, but it proved ME wrong... It accurately detected faults and verified cable lengths with ease. The robust design and intuitive user interface make it a standout product in its category. The best part is its compatibility with a wide range of cable types to suit various needs. However the price of this tool is slightly higher than its competitors..

Pros
  • Accurate fault detection, user-friendly interface, robust design, and cable compatibility.
Cons
  • Pricier compared to its competitors.

Excellent Network Tester for Professionals

After trying this network and cable tester, I was really impressed with its capability to detect and verify ethernet cable connections .The tool is easy to use and provides clear results that are helpful for both novice and experienced professionals. It's a great addition to any industrial and scientific toolkit. The only con is that it may be a bit pricey for casual users who don't require top-of-the-line equipment..

Pros
  • Accurately detects and identifies faults in twisted pair LAN wiring, ensuring reliable network performance.
Cons
  • Requires some technical knowledge and training to fully utilize all features and functions, potentially limiting its usefulness for casual users or non-professionals.

not as good as expected

not as good as I expected would have. If wire 1 of a 4 pair cable breaks in the middle, the device shows it as a pair, so it wasn't accurate. Second, the remote kit will not display an ID if a pair of ID detection wires are broken. For the above, I mention that my Chinese device works even better. So for the price, this device is not worth the money.

Pros
  • Detects PoE presence and PoE class according to IEEE 802. 3af/at with stress drop test, reports current link speed and connectivity for active ethernet drops
Cons
  • I will later write
