I have tried tightening and loosening the wheels/forks and even had my mechanic buddy check it out and it still makes a clicking noise which annoys my son. I'd bet the extra money and buy an Envy Prodigy S8 Scooter. I'm 5ft 5in and an active scooter rider. Prodigy is what you need if you want to keep riding your scooter. The scooter broke after a week of use. The headset was very sticky, so the tail whips and bars are very stiff. So I paid $60 for a week scooter, now I have an Envy and it's more stable for my heavy scooter lifestyle.

My 10 year old son really wanted a scooter for Christmas. We have a new skate park that just opened near our home. This scooter is very durable and well built. The metal is thick and welds well. I even rode it. The ride is smooth. Since we still have snow, we couldn't fully test the stunt ability. However, I'm sure this scooter will hold up well. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought two of these as gifts and they far exceeded our expectations. The handlebars are wider than a regular handlebar so my boys are more comfortable doing tricks. The ramp is also a good width. This is an exercise scooter that can even handle my 190 lb teen who does tail whips. We had a small problem and contacted the company via email. They reacted quickly and easily and took care of our problems. Very happy with this purchase and excellent customer service.

I just wanted to update my review. I am very impressed with Playshion's customer service. After my son's wheel broke and I contacted the company, they quickly sent us new wheels. My 12 year old grandson bought this scooter with his birthday money. It was received in the box from the scooter on time and included all the parts etc as described. I looked at the instructions and found that they need to be updated.
