My fish love it! on Ornaments

Ideal for aquariums. I have a 60 gallon and my shrimp and zebrafish hide in it all the time. I also have holes for plants to come out of. It is excellent as an anchor for plants.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

Extra Small Aquarium Decoration

Nice ceramic piece but tiny. My fish are getting big in 6 months. If it was just 2-3 inches longer and taller it would still be 5 stars, don't say it's big when it's really, really small.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • No power

As your catfish grows, you will need it.

It's big enough for my growing pleco but small enough to feel secure and not get stuck! Pretty durable. Looks great. My Pleco uses a large branch while other small fish may use a smaller one.

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • Some little things

Great addition to the aquarium

My cichlids love it. The yellow lab has already declared it a house. These will grow out over time as the holes are not large enough for adult cichlids. For now, Fishys approve. No sharp edges, well packaged. Remember to rinse before use. (although it wasn't very dusty)

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Excellent cache

This cache is great. Cory loves to rest during the day as do my snails. It's a pretty decent size, but the small end holes are definitely too small for a medium/large fish. My Rainbowfish are a little big for this, but Bandit Measles/Pygmy Gourami/Snails/BN Plecos seem to love getting in and out. The quality is excellent as it's hard to find caves/shelters made out of anything better than the regular resin material which gets rough after a while. This thing seems to hold up a lot better than…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Smell of fresh spot color

As far as I know, this is heavily fired glazed ceramic. Instead what I got was painted, smelled like fresh paint so I put it outside. Not what I expected. However, it was the least coarse of the five plecoceramics I ordered at one time. If it hadn't been for the paint it would have stayed that way. The design is very pleasant. All five of the order were a disappointment as the design while great is unusable/unsafe due to rough and sharp edges/holes. I don't know if the others were painted or…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Exorbitant price

Not safe for marine aquariums. They contain no warnings or disclaimers. SN (tin), a heavy metal, was found in my Triton water samples. First 4 µg/l, then 5 µg, then 6 µg, then 8 µg for 3 months. I couldn't figure out what the tin leech was. I replaced the powerheads and other gear, but what was left was this trashy, poisonous ceramic cave. I lost $300 worth of coral and spent months doing massive water changes while trying to fight the can and find the source. Triton told him to remove the…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Almost OK
