Attempted to retract piston to load grease. Didn't catch on the lid and couldn't resist. I couldn't use it at all. I bought it in July 2018, kept it until this week in 2019 and then tried to use it. (By the way I have a lot of upper body strength to pull the plunger it just never snagged the cap) I should have checked it when I got it but you would never believe it was supplied by the company/Revain.

I had a mirror fitting that was particularly difficult to lubricate. And this grease gun did it. I'm not sure why this fitting was so difficult to lubricate. It was a new fixture so installation should have been easy. I've tried a pistol grease gun as well as a pneumatic one. None of them worked. This perfect Plews grease gun worked great!
