Only what is in the photo. Once you remove the adhesive

I had a bare drive plugged into the top of the pogoplug and it wasn't a pretty sight - especially the unsteady movement of the drive when the device was moved. These cases have the physical stability fully fixed, fit snugly on the drive, and fit snugly in the docking station. The product image does not show the giant barcode label, sticky adhesive backing and mild solvent you will need to remove it from the case.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Available in white only

specifically for use with the docking station

Extremely difficult (at least for me) discovery. Booting from a 2.5" HDD or most SSDs was easy enough. Unfortunately, once the drive is installed in the case, the power/data connectors are recessed inside the case and given the size of the access hole, the SATA adapter cannot be connected, leading to my title. Just consider the above Buy this item for its sole purpose.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Long wait

Nice that there are additional hard drives.

Great additional containers for my 2.5" hard drives for use in a Plugable Storage System. They're a bit difficult to open, but persistence pays off.

Pros
  • Brilliantly done
Cons
  • Doubtful

This is an overview of the drive cases

A great way to store spare 2.5" hard drives for a detachable docking station. The removable rubber port cap is a nice touch. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because each drive case has a large product sticker that doesn't peel off cleanly. Luckily I had a sticker (512) to hide the sticker mess and my drive as a 512 to identify GB.

Pros
  • Big selection
Cons
  • Some little things

Fits Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex

These plastic cases fit the Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex adapter I already have, so I'm able to pack up some spare laptop hard drives and put them in at minimal cost can turn into portable storage. . I had to file a small hole in the protective case to make room for the Seagate adapter. It's very easy to make and doesn't require a lot of sanding.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was part number

Good for protection.

This is a drive cover, the design flaw is that I can't use it on the docking station without removing the hard drive. The SATA connector is too far in and will not connect to the cover.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Empty

Good for the price. It's not USB.

Good for the price. This is not a USB interface, so it needs to be installed with a SATA cable. Also, the 2.5 discs need to be supported from the back as they don't fit tightly in the case. There must be a seal to solve this problem. Beware!

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Nothing here
