They work very well, I had to connect cables in our bypass room and they seem sturdy. They are light which gives the impression that they are stronger than they should be. I won't include them in the stockings as they are RJ45 connectors. creeps. It's hard to admire them BEFORE you connect, check the bandwidth, and it rocks!

I haven't measured the throughput so I only know the connectivity. They connect as they should, if a bit tight or stiff. But since it's not the sort of thing you'd expect to be plugged in and unplugged frequently, it seems like a good thing.

I purchased based on a review from another reviewer who used it with a POE (Power over Ethernet) security camera cable. I had the same intended use. They work great.

I moved my desk and network switch to the other side of the room. The cable to the switch ran through several walls and I didn't want to use another switch or reroute the longer cable. I used this with another cable to extend the connection to the new switch location. I have multiple downstream devices and a 1Gbps internet connection. Speed tests showed no difference using this port, and reliability was solid (I work from home full-time).
