The program is easy to use, it's intuitive in nature which makes learning how best utilize this software very simple as well! The ease of scheduling work orders, communicating with technicians to schedule service calls is great! It would be nice if you could set up alerts so that when an order goes through it will send out emails notifying all involved parties as well as other users in your account like managers or supervisors who are also using this software tool.
