Most User Friendly Preventive Maintenance Software

The program is easy to use, it's intuitive in nature which makes learning how best utilize this software very simple as well! I have had limited experience with other preventive maintenence programs however when we first started using our current product there were several features that did not function correctly or at all so they quickly went out of business after only having been around about 2 years!! No problems found yet but their was no way know until you used them (which isn't fair). It…

The best part that I like about this software is it's ability to be used both in office as well online which makes things easier than ever! Great customer support and easy implementation

The ease of scheduling work orders, communicating with technicians to schedule service calls is great! It would be nice if you could set up alerts so that when an order goes through it will send out emails notifying all involved parties as well as other users in your account like managers or supervisors who are also using this software tool.
