I love how easy it was for my staff members to use this product with out any training needed, in fact they had no idea what they were doing! I like how easy it was for me as well my team members, also being able to create custom forms in order to capture information from different departments or stakeholders within our organization has been very helpful! The learning curve of using this tool can be steep at times but once we had all understood what each button meant (and where they were located) everything became much easier with us getting used to its layout/design quickly enough!
