This is a beautiful bag and I was delighted to receive it. But I ended up sending it back (along with a larger bag that fits on the back of the bike) because I didn't like the way it hung on the handlebars. I felt that the Velcro was not secure enough and was concerned that the bag might come loose and fall off the bike when riding over uneven ground because it wasn't securely attached to the handlebars. I have a Trek Skye women's mountain bike. The bag could not be hung on the front of the handlebars without the brake cables getting in the way. He dragged himself low at the wheel and the bike frame got in his way. All in all, it was just a really clumsy look. I bought this because I wanted to use it as a shoulder bag. The 60" adjustable strap shown in the product photo was NOT in a sealed plastic bag, nor was it placed in the bag or in any of the zipped pockets. Shame as it's a good size and an outside zip pocket as well as an inside zip pocket is a plus. But for me it's useless without a strap.
