Great way/source tracking policy updates

The best part of this software, as compared to other similar softwares I have used at my previous jobs, was that it had a lot more options for customization than other softwares. This also helped us keep track of the changes made by our team members easily. Also, very easy to use interface! There isn't anything major I dislike about this software. We were able to customize everything from colors to fonts to make sure we matched our corporate branding perfectly. It's been great using this…

Great product overall and worth investing into regardless experience level

I like that we are able to customize our software for each of my employees, so they can use it as much or little time possible depending upon their needs/desires - this allows us (and them) flexibility with respect too many features being overwhelming at times! It's very easy touse when you have an idea how things should work but not always intuitive once trying something new which makes me think sometimes people need more training in using these products than others!! Very useful platform for managing employees and customers

The ease of use, customization options to meet our needs as well as its ability to integrate with other applications like EMRs makes this software very useful in managing policies for both employees and customers. I dislike that it does not allow you to make changes without going through an approval process which can be time consuming if there are many users who need to approve something at once. It also has some bugs here and there but those have been fixed over time. We've used this product…

  • Integrates nicely within healthcare environment along w/ electronic medical records
  • Very easy user interface even tech challenged staff could figure how things work quickly!

Overall experience with Cerner HIPAA compliant solution

I like that it has helped us to streamline our process of tracking patient information, and also allows us to have a single point of contact for all our insurance providers. The customer service is not as good as other software companies I've used in the past. Sometimes there is a lag time in getting an answer back from their tech support team. Also, sometimes you get a message saying your request was received but never gets answered. It's been helpful in keeping track of medical records for…

Easy and effective way keeping staff organized

I like that it's easy to use, has all of my documents in one place for me or someone else who needs access when needed without having other files scattered everywhere if they are not readily available online with this product!
