🌵 Medium-sized Polly's Cholla Cactus Bird Perch: Ideal for Avian Comfort & Play Review

I ordered two of these perches and one of them was as shown in the photo. Just. That's good, but the second one was curved making the perches a lot smaller and I'm not happy with that at all. I don't know how to contact the seller about this either.

The diameter of this perch is too big for my bird. Maybe it's my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions. I used to have a small Polly and it was fine, a medium size would be too big for most birds, with the possible exception of the larger cockatoos and macaws. Otherwise, if you are looking for a perch this big, this is a good quality perch at an affordable price.

Although the concept of the product = 5 stars, Polly's Medium Cholla Cactus Bird Perch, as received, was a defective product and therefore receives 1 star for the following reasons: It has a large visible cut over 1/3 full Length. 8.5 inches (which is shorter than the advertised 10 inches). The shape of the perch is curved rather than straight as it should be (and as advertised), leaving much less usable space for the bird to stand stably. It effectively becomes a "small" perch with less than 6
