🐦 Enhance Your Bird's Comfort with Polly's Twister Bird Perch, X-Large Review

The Polly's Twister Bird Perch X Large which I bought from Pet Supplies is not sturdy enough. It is made of cheap material and came apart within a week. The design is attractive but that is the only good about it. My bird cannot even stand on it properly. It is a waste of money.

My only complaint is that the colors are meant to be random. I was expecting a blue bass like in the picture. I don't know if I can call what I got pink or orchid, but it's definitely not blue. Of course, that doesn't change anything in terms of functionality. But I really thought it was as pictured and was disappointed. No points should be deducted for that.

I have purchased similar perches from other manufacturers and they have been safer. They had a smooth bird's paw panel with a textured section that ran vertically to catch long nails. They also cautioned against using a heavily textured perch as the only option, as it could injure the bird's delicate legs. Polly's roost had no warnings or smooth edges. It is heavier than other XL perch trimmers. I installed it but couldn't comfortably leave it in place for fear it would bend or break the cage…
