🔒 Black Manual Tailgate Lock for Hummer H3T - Pop & Lock PL1300H3T Review

I bought this to secure the tailgate of my truck and it really gives extra protection from thieves; The key doesn't look very secure but adds some security in comparison.

We all have to buy this lock (pop lock) every year because salt, dust and other debris stop the lock from working properly after a winter. If they made a cover for the lock that would be the best. We all think you know it and it stinks.

When lock arrived new, wrong keys came with it! Even after I took it to a locksmith to have keys made for it, we found that the locking screw on the back of the lock was too long and was preventing the key from reaching the tumblers. So now I have special keys (shorter than usual) and the lock works as it should. By the way, it costs an additional $40 for 2 hours with a locksmith and custom keys
