I opened the bag and half of my hair oil came out in the bag it was wrapped in. I was so disappointed. It even ended up in a bag of powder. You all need to deliver your product better. Maybe add a seal to the bottle. I'm sure I'll love the oil but that's the only reason I gave them 3 stars.

To be honest, I'm a bit embarrassed because the powder smells of cigarette ash. To be honest, that's what it looks like after I researched it more closely. There might be some powder in there, but I'm very worried.

My hair felt amazing! The baby is soft and very manageable! I can't take my fingers out of my hair! I also have oil, I haven't used it yet. I was a little afraid to use it because of the hair of the models in the picture. But I'm glad I did! Would/would recommend!

I liked that the product gave upfront notice of what would be needed. I may have additional products on hand for best results.

I like the smell of the oil but my scalp was itchy terribly. I read somewhere that you can't apply it to the scalp. So not sure how it will support growth if I don't get it on my scalp.
