Infiniti Replacement Antenna

I really wasn't expecting too much from a third party antenna so I'm not shocked that it doesn't perform as it should. Initially, it will not fall 100%. After a few weeks, it will only increase (but now decrease) by about two inches. I only use the Bluetooth connector to connect to my phone and this antenna works well enough for that, so I agree with how it works (or not 100% retracts). I got what I needed to keep using the Bluetooth plugin and didn't pay a fortune for it.

Highly recommend this part

I have a 1995 Nissan Maxima with a power antenna. One day the antenna got stuck in the up position and wouldn't go down. I bought this power antenna to solve this problem. This is a lot cheaper than buying a brand new radio motor and antenna assembly from parts stores and dealers. It's been in my car for 3-4 months now and works great. No complaints or problems. If you are reading this send me a message and I can tell you about the durability of this part and how it has worked for me in the…

A simple option to avoid replacing a dead antenna motor

Very satisfied with this product. Previously bought a replacement antenna for my Nissan Pathfinder but later discovered the engine was dead. The short antenna conversion kit ended up being exactly what I wanted as I didn't want to take everything apart to replace the motor. There was a small problem with the bolt being too long, but the seller is sending me a replacement right now! The build quality is excellent. I'm a little surprised more companies don't offer this conversion, but I'm glad I…

GOOD INSTRUCTIONS EASY INSTALLATION

This replacement antenna fits perfectly, came with good instructions and installation was easy. I had no problem removing the nut or the old mast, although some people find them to be corroded and difficult to remove. Some WD-40 will make removing the old mast easier. The instructions even included advice on how to remove the broken section from the old mast, which was very helpful in my case. The entire replacement process probably took no more than 30 minutes including removing the old mast…

The antenna is mobile again

I have a 97 Nissan Maxima with a power antenna. Bought because I didn't want to spend money to buy a whole new power antenna assembly. Our antenna broke when it was fully powered up. Removing the device from the car was not difficult. Just be careful and pay attention to how the antenna motor is disassembled. Also, make sure you get a good night's sleep the night before, as setting it up in a build can and probably will be a test of your composure. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty and

Good product and great documentation.

Wow it fit and worked but it was a bit difficult to replace the damaged antenna on my 2000 Pathfinder. I was impressed with the instructions that the seller included with the replacement unit. They took the time to explain how the power supply works, what problem areas to look out for, and how to troubleshoot them to ensure your replacement is a success. It took a couple of hours and I had to open the power supply to remove the broken part of the nylon cord, but I wouldn't have known about this

Get to know AGES!

I recently got my hands on a 93 foot Infiniti J30 T for my 16 year old daughter. because it's been over 25 years since I've had to deal with a car wash result and a telescopic antenna, you know. Today I am very happy that I came across this solution, not a telescopic antenna replacement but a conversion kit. I LIKE THIS! I will not replace the antenna AFTER A CAR WASH - I hope this antenna is car wash safe. as can be seen from the description. or what is the guarantee if it breaks? Anyway…

This item worked great - perfect fit for our 1997 Nissan Maxima SE

This item worked great - perfect fit for our 1997 Nissan Maxima SE. Watch some YouTube videos to see see how to fuel it - it's very easy **AFTER ALL THE OLD MAST HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE DRIVE**. Removing the device from the car took a maximum of 10 minutes. Opening the unit to get the rest of the nylon drive cable is easy with 5 or 6 Phillips screws. Where I hit a snag - and the instructions mention it - was removing the outer casing from the old mast (basically what's holding the antenna…
