These balance bands were all the rage when I bought them. I'm still not sure if they really work or if it's a psychological thing. I bought them from Amazon because the price couldn't be better. I saw them at a local mall for triple the price and figured they wouldn't really work. Either way, whether they work or not, they're a great workout accessory.
