💪 Enhance Performance with Power Stop Z23-1078 Z23 Evolution Sport Brake Pads, Front Review

Do not use the metal clips provided. They don't fit right! Reuse the old clamps and the new pads will fit snugly. The brakes feel good. One star deducted for bad videos. Will update again in a few thousand miles.

Didn't work well on my 2015 wrx. I've experienced bad brake fade even with proper break-in. Smoke billowed from my brake calipers as I stopped after going down a winding road. However, Power Stop took them back for a full refund. If you don't take spirituality on winding roads, then that's fine.

The first set of pads came in a pre-opened box filled with old brake pads. evolution sticker. The pads in the box are clearly marked Z17-1308 which will not fit my 2017 Subaru Outback car. Unfortunately, my work is considered important and I've been busy since the last order and didn't realize it in time.

I recently tried the Power Stop after using Bosh or Bendix regularly and found that these ceramic pads leave less dust on the front wheels! I like that aspect. Follow the hacking procedure and you will have no problems. I found them VERY comfortable on a Subaru car. I've replaced brake pads on MANY cars and they were a lot harder to put on. This may be unique to SUBaru, but I thought it was worth the methionine. I still recommend this brand and hope they last (wear and tear).

For my 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6 with electronic parking brake. The clamps don't fit because the center tab is bent too tight and the tiny, semi-circular, wing-like ribs on either side of the center tab are not bent to accommodate the flex of the caliper brace. I had to use old clips. The shoulders on either side of the pads that sit on the caliper brackets were just over 1/8 inch, so the pads would not fit into the caliper brackets.
