You need to be mechanically inclined to make this work.

The fitting is not common in the US. I was able to make a bushing that matched the outlet head fitting to 1/2 NPT so I was able to make the adaption work. The thing is inexpensive but it is cheaply made. Typical Chinese quality level at best. I will be happy if it lasts a few years.
