I bought this to make a cross cut slide for my table saw. This helped make the back brace stiffer and straighter and also made it easier to attach the stop block. I don't need the gauge lines for the most part, but it's still nice to use as a guide for small stop block adjustments.

Love the product absolutely horrible packers they are for a guard rail for a router table I am building and instead of the 2 rails I ordered they became curled up. were they just in a long box with 1 sheet of brown paper? Are you kidding? Two small dents, one each in the faces, were thankfully not in the faces and fortunately didn't bend. But they are really nice and heavy, just what I wanted.
