High-quality corner moldings

Perfectly finished and precise. They go well with the table saw sled I built to order. Slightly better value than competitor Rockler, which makes an identical product (but more expensive). Very satisfied.

Zero quality control

After ordering the miter box I looked at some reviews. A common complaint was that the nylon screws would not fit in the threaded hole. Well, I had to take that into account. I received my order and immediately attempted to install the nylon screws, and in fact you could almost thread the screws in without having to screw them all the way in. Like they used a SAE 10-32 tap and metric screw. Don't waste time buying this junk.

Not all are there. best in Power & Hand Tools

The bar itself is great. The package does not include nylon set screws or other fasteners as advertised. Quite frustrating and problematic as I had already assembled the slide and installed the handlebars only to find there were no set screws to set it up. Please send them and I'll be happy to change my rating. I'd rather not spend $25 on a pack of 100 nylon set screws on top of the cost of the bar if possible.

Nylon bolts need tape to be right

bars are good at 30" but nylon bolts fit horribly, almost returnable until I got the idea of using tape to fix their looseness. About three turns of tape and you can screw in the side with the screw first and leave the side without the screw open. Thread through with a small pan head screw and find the right depth to avoid wobbling. See how well this solution holds up over time. HDPE (hard plastic) was my goal, but I was lazy and didn't want to seal the blade to do it.

Adjusters are definitely not acceptable.

The stem is well made and slides well. It's the adjusting screws. They are VERY loose and change position after a few rides. I have tried several types of Loctite (purple to red) but the nylon screws are too slippery. This is a great product that was ruined when bought by someone who bought inferior set screws to put in the bar. Fulton handlebars are a better design with an adjustable spring ball. I have purchased several angle bars from UHMW to Powertec. So far, Fulton is the clear leader. I…

Not Recommended - Nylon Screws Too Loose

You are expected to adjust the fit by adjusting the nylon screws to achieve a tight, smooth glide but no play in the corner slot. But as one of the other recent reviewers mentioned, the nylon screws are too loose to stay in a tight position. Sliding the bar through the corner slot allows the loose nylon screws to turn easily with the slightest friction. And then the fit becomes either too tight or too loose. The same design is implemented very well in many other accessories for table saws…
