I have been very happy with their customer service, they were able to quickly figure out what was causing our issues and fix it for us within hours. Their support is amazing! It's a great product as it helps you to protect your data against different threats. I like that you can customize your own PQ Shield policy, which is great because you have more control of what is included in your protection. It also provides some additional features such as file integrity checks. There are other products with similar functions but they lack the flexibility of PQ Shield.
