The most useful thing about this system for me has been how easy it was to get up and running quickly. I had access in less than 5 minutes to all my patients' medical records, appointments, billing information, and prescription history. It would be nice if there were more options for customization (I am unable to change some fields). There are many benefits with using this program; however, one major downside is how inflexible they can make their templates when working with insurance companies.

The ease of use is awesome! I can access all my notes from any location with no problem at all. It's very easy for me to navigate around as well. There are some things I wish were different but they will be changed soon so it seems like something that could easily change in future versions. The ease in which it allows for billing/collection for services rendered. It's ability to be integrated with other systems such as Google Apps, Quickbooks makes this option ideal. My only dislike would have to be the monthly fees associated with using certain features like email reminders/notifications or data export. Take advantage of all benefits by choosing the options that best fit what you are looking for! Collecting payments for our practices has become much more efficient because of this
