Beautiful vibrant color. It lasts a long time and after repeated shampooing it turns to a pale blue tint. You should take your hair to a pale blonde color with little or no yellow tones for maximum brightness. The longer you keep the blue color, the brighter the result will be. I gave this to my hairdresser the last time I did my hair. Even pre-bleached and applied by a professional, this color is barely neon and didn't live up to my expectations. No wow effect. Other colors are much better right.

I like that it works very well on the hair. However, it only lasted some parts of my hair. The rest was the color of sea foam. You must have platinum blonde hair for this color or it won't work.

I love Pravana, this is only the second time I've used these colors but they work like a charm and last longer than anything I've used before ( manic panic, arctic fox, splat, the list goes on and on). This time I used neon blue on the scalp, then blue topaz and blue on the underside to create what I call Stormy Seas.
