Preceden Review

I liked that we could add our own tasks, such as adding comments or documents for other team members' attention before they see them! It was pretty simple when you understood how everything worked but not very intuitive at first glance so be patient with your teammates who may need help using this software (which is free). The ability to easily drag-and-drop different elements onto my timeline really helped me get started. I was able to build out an entire presentation with ease, without having to worry about figuring out where everything went or how it fit together. The free version limits you to five projects and three team members per account. This is fine for smaller businesses but if your business grows then this could be very limiting. The thing I like most about this software is that it has features for every type of user, from beginners, through intermediates, to experts. There's even an educational video explaining each feature in simple terms so you can learn how to use them effectively when needed. What do I dislike? Not many things! It would be nice if there was more content (slideshows etc.) available but the ones we have are worth watching. We're able to manage timeframes easily with this product and communicate well
