Versatile and Accurate Counter

This multifunction counter offers everything I need for my measurement and testing projects. It's easy to use and has an accurate reading. It comes with a clear display that shows all the measurements clearly. As a result of my tests, I determined that it offers precise and fast results, making it a reliable tool to have in both Tools and Home Improvement projects. Only con is that it's a bit on the pricier side compared to other counters in the market.

Pros
  • Versatile, Accurate, Easy to use
Cons
  • Expensive

The name speaks for itself. For the price you can't beat it. when you have more money advance. It's great value for money but you get what you pay for. FRONT PANEL ERROR. Spring. I'm pretty sure it's from China and just rebranded for US sale.

Pros
  • External frequency input
Cons
  • Modern

Worth the money but missing some expected features

I've built some test equipment in the past including frequency/period counters but I needed something fast for a recent project and the unit filled the need fast for not much money. The only reason for 4 starts is that the period function only measures a full cycle, not a high or low period or duty cycle. I put these features into my own EDS-52 build in 1985 (surprise B&K missed this :-(

Pros
  • Low pass filter
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
