I've used the Thorn Finder once and it worked great. I wanted to use it on June 10th and it wouldn't turn on. Changed AA batteries, still not working. Was about to return it and read on Revain's online ordering site that this option expired in May. Please send me a replacement for this item.

I liked that it could detect electricity so I didn't get fried which was a nice plus. My advice, so you can tell when it's trying to alert you to electricity, keep it near an outlet and then use it. I think the fact that they not only made it a spike finder but also able to detect electricity is incredibly thoughtful. If I need anything for home maintenance I will definitely go to this company or the one I got from Bohrer.
