Description of 🍸 High-Quality Two-Piece Pro Boston Cocktail Shaker Set: Unweighted 18oz & Weighted 28oz Martini Drink Shaker, Stainless Steel 304

PROFESSIONAL BARTENDER'S CHOICE: Tough enough for high volume bars and home bars alike, this boston shaker has been hand-selected and tested by professional bartenders to be the highest quality and best shaker available. DURABLE: Professional food-grade Stainless Steel 304 and dishwasher safe for home or commercial dishwashers. This all-stainless shaker set will not break like glass shakers, and has no rubber seal to crack and warp with age. NO DRIPS OR MESSES: Don't take your chances buying shaker tins separately, this set has been selected and tested to offer the perfect water-tight seal. Unlike cobbler shakers, this boston shaker set will not freeze shut, drip or spill as you pour out your drink. VERSATILE: Use the shaker for shaken drinks like Margaritas, Daiquiris and Mojitos, or use the bottom tin for stirred drinks like the Martini, Manhattan or Old Fashioned. The tins also nest-inside each other for low-profile storage when not in use. WEIGHTED / UNWEIGHTED: Pairing a weighted shaker with an unweighted cheater tin provides the best of both worlds. It’s a strong, tight seal for shaking multiple cocktails or egg whites, while still being easy to open when you’re ready to pour.

Simple, high quality and easy to use

The shaker is beautiful and simple. As a hobbyist, it is easy to use and easy to clean. We don't make cocktails often, so we wanted to keep it basic. This is perfect for our small collection of home bar supplies. A nice bonus: the cups don't stick together. This saves space and we can even stow other utensils in it when travelling.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Only available in black

Break Shaker: Kitchen and Dining

Bought to replace my Cobbler style shaker. The shoemaker hung closed all the time and didn't bother with anything other than a gentle shake. This Boston shaker works great. Seals tightly with no leaks and a quick squeeze on the large jar releases the small jar for easy pouring. My only complaint is that it has a larger diameter than the Cobbler so the Hawthorne screen I have is too small. I'll have to update that next time.

  • Lots of positive emotions

  • Worries

Bartender Review Best in Cocktail Shakers

Bought for a high volume cocktail bar. Holds 3 cocktails, looks and feels similar to Koriko shakers. However, it is not compatible with Korikos. So if they get confused at the bar, you'll find out very quickly. They're also hard loud, not like the nice shaker sound you get with other metal shakers I've had. They will definitely get the job done for your home bar, not bad for high volume service, just not my favorite. Let's see how they hold up over time.

Perfect in every way

The weight feels good in your hand, the water lock is perfect when you just need to turn on or off one of the faucets and the weighted end is virtually ice free. quick, like a shoemaker, I bought them to replace them. I did Ramos Fizz to see if I can ice them fully but I can't. They still easily detached from the impact after a minute with vigorous shaking. Cleaning your home is as easy as adding a drop of dish soap, shaking with water, then rinsing. I think they are beautiful the way they are.

Much better than carefree cans

I bought these after my second Boston shaker died. I've never used a weighted shaker so I didn't understand the benefits, but it really makes a huge difference. or destruction). Once you add ice it will be a SUPER strong sealer. It takes some practice to get used to opening it, but I find it good. I'd rather have a bit of trouble opening than having a smoothie splatter all over the kitchen. They seem to be quite durable - I run them in the dishwasher regularly and they show no tarnishing or…

Excellent cold drinks, convenient weight and capacity

Needless to say, it makes excellent cold mai tai, margaritas and cosmos, holds tight and is easy to disassemble. I am particularly pleased that thanks to the volume of this set I can mix three, with a little care, maybe even four cocktails at the same time. Much better than the little plastic jumpsuit I've been using for years. My last Boston-style shaker had a glass top with a rubber rim and ended near the rim. That won't happen with this kit and the weight is good too, heavy but not too…

The best cocktail shaker ever!

All bartenders need a handy and reliable shaker to work their magic and this is the best I've found! Cobbler shakers (three pieces with a built-in sieve) are of course available for ten cents. a dozen, but you don't want them. They're almost always useless, they never fall apart at the worst possible moment, and they can be very difficult to clean. This Boston shaker set (or weighted can) is literally two different sized metal cups that fit together and if you hit hard where they connect they…

Good but no Koriko will fit Shaker

If this is the first decent shaker you own then this is undoubtedly a five star revelation. However, if you are used to Koriko shakers, then this is not Koriko. The biggest problem is how the inner surface has been treated. Koriko shakers are very smooth, which means it's not difficult to separate them after shaking. When you use Koriko for the first time, the seal before shaking and the separation after shaking seem so smooth that you worry that the seal is not strong enough and the liquid…
