You don't know what size you need until you try it. They are perfect for freezing family leftovers or sending to friends. I have many recipes to try and send to my friends to see what they like if I don't like it.

These pans are actually smaller than the picture, be sure to check the measurements. They come with lids, which is good, but they're not very durable. Too bad they lasted longer, they are fine.

I love the Fig and Leaf disposable pans. I cook a lot of food for my mum to put in the freezer - they're always strong, I like the tight seal on the box lid and disposables are a plus - have used plastic clothes for a while and kept losing lids. No problem anymore!

We used it for camping. Do not throw directly into fire. Lids are not fire resistant. We used it to melt cheese into custom campfire nachos. Let them cool before serving. Also great for leftovers and "take away" for the company. Ideal for preparing pre-portioned meals.

These large and versatile containers. I've used them to give cookies for Christmas and I also use them to wrap hot meals to bring home to friends. They are small enough for 2-3 servings. They fit 2 bone-in chicken breasts, but barely. They're great for leftovers as you can take the lid off and pop them in the oven to reheat, and they keep well in the fridge.

They are of excellent quality and durable. However, they are smaller than I thought. I thought 5x7 would be from the bottom of the pan, that's how a 9x13 casserole dish is measured. No, that is not so. 5x7 is the outer top dimension and is much narrower at the bottom. When preparing soups, casseroles or other liquids, this container fits 2 people. If you want to make enchiladas or similar, you can put 2 enchiladas in a container, which for me is 1 serving.
