I could not install this product in my car. I could have used both set screws but the nut on the pulley so it could be compressed to fit the belt was rounded making it impossible to install the belt.

If you read other reviews you will find that some of them work and others fail miserably. My hairpin broke and he squeaked like a banshee when I tightened the strap. hp I found that there are 2 mounting points to relieve tension, there is another bolt on the spring/actuator itself so I reinstalled and used the old one.
