It has a database of all my prescriptions. It is very easy to use and I do not have to worry about the computer crashing. I do not like that it is extremely slow. I have had to wait at least 5 minutes to get back to where I was before it crashed. I need a faster computer to use this software. It is very helpful because it makes my life much easier. There are 3 products under this brand, so I'm not familiar with them all individually but their website seems helpful in understanding what you'd want from each product (e-visit management tool or refill reminders). I really like the ease of use, especially for those who have trouble remembering to take their medication. It has helped me remember to not forget my medications. The interface can be difficult at times, but that's just because of how outdated some of the software is. I like that it allows me to write prescriptions quickly, and I love how customizable it is. It does not have many options for writing your own templates, so you need to use the standard options. I also dislike that they changed the way the search works. I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service support, and easy for me as an elderly person who can't always see very well. The program does not have all of my medications listed in one place so sometimes they are hard to find.
